I ordered a ring with a short engraving, and it came out exactly how I typed it. Like, even the spacing looked really neat, which I was a little worried about. Overall, I’m really happy with it, no mistakes at all.

I genuinely wish I could give 0 stars.

This was not “just a ring” to us. This was the ring I proposed to the love of my life with — something carrying enormous emotional value and memories we will remember forever.

After only a few months of completely normal use, diamonds started falling out of the ring. We had the ring inspected by an independent jeweler, who concluded that the issue most likely came from the construction/setting itself — not misuse.

We even paid out of our own pocket to have multiple stones repaired and reset, simply because we wanted my fiancée to be able to continue wearing her engagement ring. Shortly after, yet another diamond fell out again.

The emotional stress and disappointment this has caused has honestly been awful. Watching such an important symbol literally fall apart has been heartbreaking for us.

What made this even worse was Glamira’s handling of the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, the process became long, exhausting, and incredibly frustrating. Communication felt dismissive and unhelpful, and we eventually had to escalate the matter through a Swedish consumer dispute authority (ARN), similar to ADR/European consumer complaint processes.

Even then, the experience became painfully drawn out due to Glamira’s lack of cooperation and complete lack of responsiveness, which ultimately led to the case being closed without resolution.

When you buy an engagement ring, you expect quality, reliability, and support if something goes wrong. Instead, we were left feeling ignored and forced into a stressful dispute over something that should never have happened in the first place.

Now I have to buy a new ring from somewhere else.

If you buy a ring from Glamira, do not expect the stones to stay in place. And definitely do not expect Glamira to be cooperative, accommodating, or willing to take responsibility when serious problems occur.

Glamira completely ruined what should have been one of the happiest and most meaningful moments of our lives.

It works, but it could be a lot easier to use. I found myself wondering, why does this take so many steps??? A simpler setup or clearer instructions would make the whole experience much better.

The quality is okay overall. It’s not bad, but compared to a few similar ones I’ve used before, this one feels average. It gets the job done, but I wouldn’t say it really stands out.

I had to exchange my ring for a different size, it went smoother than I expected. Their replies were clear and they walked me through what to do step by step. It took a little while, but that’s normal I guess. I got the new one back and it fits great now. Really happy with it 🙂

The ring looks nice overall, and I think it’ll work fine for what I wanted. The metal does feel a bit lighter than I expected, so it doesn’t have that super sturdy feel, but it’s not bad. I’d say it’s average, maybe decent enough for the price.

They got back to me faster than I expected and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which was nice because I was a bit unsure at first. They also didn’t make me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. Nothing too dramatic, but overall it was a great experience and I’d be happy to use Glamira again.

My order showed up way later than I expected, and the worst part was not really knowing what was going on. I kept checking for updates like I do when I’m waiting on something important, but there wasn’t anything clear. It reminded me of waiting around all day for a delivery that may or may not show up. annoying.

The return instructions were easy enough to follow, but the whole process felt a bit slow and I ended up having to chase for updates, which seemed preventable. I did get my refund in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could have been smoother.

I ordered a ring from Glamira it looked really lovely when it arrived. I was super happy with it at first. After a few months though, the band has picked up quite a few scratches and it doesn't feel quite as solid as it did in the begining. It's still wearable and looks nice enough, I just expected it to last a bit better for the price.

The ring looks nice, but it came a bit tight, which confused me because I thought I ordered the right size. Not sure if the sizing runs small or if I misjudged it, but it’s a little snug on my finger

I ordered a ring and, in my opinion, the finish just wasn’t what I expected. The edges felt a little rough to me, and the stone setting looked slightly uneven. After wearing it for only a short time, I noticed small marks already, which made it feel less well made than I’d hoped. Customer service wasn’t really my main concern here, it was more the craftsmanship. For the price, I personally expected it to look and feel much neater. I don’t think I’d order again.

At first I was like, wow, there are way too many options and I’m never going to decide… then suddenly I changed my mind and got really into it. It took me a bit, but in a good way. The ring arrived looking just like what I chose online, so yeah, I’m really happy with it.
